Membership FAQ

Why should I become a member?

Membership offers more than just access; it places you at the center of Tampa’s mahjong culture. You gain savings, exclusive event access, and a consistent community of players.

What does Unlimited Parlor Access include?

Depending on your membership tier, enjoy either weekday or full-week access to the parlor during business hours, with no additional table fees. Your membership also gives you access to all of our shared spaces and amenities, including our comfortable lounge areas, outdoor terrace, TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and our selection of snacks, beverages, and light refreshments—making the parlor a place to relax, work, socialize, or simply spend time, whether you're playing mahjong or not.

How do guest passes work?

Bring your guests with you and we'll take care of the rest. For open play visits, simply sign your guests in upon arrival using our quick guest log so we can track your monthly guest passes. If you're attending an event, simply register your guest when you sign up, and we'll check them in upon arrival. Guest passes cover general parlor access and open play; however, guests attending ticketed or specialty events are responsible for the applicable event admission fee. The entire process is simple and only takes a minute or two through our websites booking systems.

What classes are complimentary?

Dragon members enjoy free entry to all masterclasses. West Wind members receive access to weekly guided play sessions and introductory workshops.

What purchases receive retail discounts?

Members enjoy exclusive savings at Laurel & Jack Boutique and South Tampa Mahjong Parlor on eligible full-priced merchandise, parlor accessories, and luxury lifestyle goods. Premium mahjong tile sets and select specialty items are excluded. To redeem your discount, simply present your active membership card or membership information at checkout so our team can verify your membership tier and apply the appropriate discount.
